   • Reason for return
   • Supporting images of the product if it is damaged or defective.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to us.

4. Return Shipping

• For damaged or defective items, we will bear the return shipping costs.
• For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us to arrange a replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy
